The Company was an ATM business that expanded into other non core kiosk businesses. I was engaged by the Board and lead the restructuring. GAXC was positioned for a sale to a strategic within 18 months.

Atlas revitalized ElderCarelink;  an emerging growth company.  ElderCarelink was a lead gen company that matched adult children with resources for the care of their aging parents. The Company was struggling with the high cost of lead acquisition. We built a network of providers and efficient traffic. Sold ElderCarelink to QuinStreet for 3 x revenues.

 

GIRLSPRING


Atlas is a founding partner of GirlSpring. We created an online community for girls developed by girls. Site traffic is doubling each month after its launch.

 

UROLOGY CENTERS OF ALABAMA


Atlas helped Urology Centers of Alabama increase traffic 59%. Online appointments doubled and revenues grew 22% from the prior year.
